Re-Imagine Earth Day turns the Farmers Market Pavilion and Plaza into a choose-your-own-adventure for greener living Sunday from 1-5 p.m. Browse eco-friendly products and upcycled goods, catch live performances, and grab food from local vendors. It is free, indoors and outdoors, and built for all ages.

Scissors Out: Makerspace Opens May 2nd

If your hobbies have hobbies, this is your stop. Eugene Maker Space opens Friday, May 2nd, with a free public grand opening from noon to 6 p.m. The noon ribbon cutting features the Slug Queen, then its open exploring: fiber arts, crafts, electronics, 3D printing, laser cutting, a woodshop, and the "Versatile Room."
